This is part of a movie, made in 1933, called originally, 'Tango' and is interesting because it shows Edgardo Donato and his orchestra, playing "Se Va La Vida" - though sadly they don't get to finish the piece. The plot is a love story about a tango singer who is left by his girlfriend for another man, though it all ends happily. As well as Edgardo Donato and his orchestra, Osvaldo Fresedo, Juan D'Arienzo, Filiberto, and Pedro Maffia also perform. There is also some fantastic footage of El Chachafaz, a tango legend...That video will load next week.
